The Interstellar Alliance

The Galactic Federation and its allies — the powers course-correcting Earth's timeline toward first contact.

Across the sessions Unimetrix 1 refers to a coalition of civilizations under several names — the Interstellar Alliance, the Intergalactic Alliance, the Galactic Federation (of Light), the Galactic Council of Alliance. Operating from the future and from parallel dimensions, this body coordinates the course-correction of Earth’s timeline: averting the 2026 nuclear branch, managing the approach to first contact, and sponsoring the interventions the archive records — from election adjustments to the probes now seeding the sky (the Buga Sphere is credited to a “Trans-Galactic Alliance” fleet of millions).

The Anunnaki session sketches the wider political map the Federation sits in: the reptilian Empire of Orion on one side, the Federation on the other, and a third power — the “Annachara alliance” — with the Anunnaki holding a neutral zone between them. Both the Anunnaki and humanity, Anu says, are Federation members: the Alliance is not a foreign power but the family humanity already belongs to, awaiting its coming of age. The Federation also legislates: the 2021 sessions have its Council of Light banning “mindwipe” practices across all timelines.

Above the Alliance’s operations stand the great councils — the Council of Seven, the Andromedans, the Pleiadian and Sirian councils through whom the high beings mentor. Their shared directive, in the archive’s telling, is upgrade rather than rule — a federation patiently gardening a world back toward membership.
