The Sirius lineage — its Council of 9, its dolphin people, and the leaders the sessions trace to its bloodline.

The Sirians — the peoples of the Sirius system — run through the archive as lineage, council, and kin. Their governing body, the Sirian Council of 9, appears in the February 2020 interviews in the archive’s most quoted genealogy: Donald Trump, the sessions claim, is “a starseed, an Indigo being who comes from the organisation of the Sirian Council of 9” — an interdimensional lineage traced through the Lyra and Vega civilizations, with “Archangel Michael lineage” besides. Whatever one makes of it, it shows how the sessions read surface politics: as the visible edge of very old star-families.

Sirius is also a place souls go. The February 29 session traces the late researcher Max Spiers to a new life — “a Sirius B incarnation as a Healer Priest” — one of the archive’s named reincarnation cases. And Sirius has a people among us already: the Dolphin Race introduces itself in 2024 as “the dolphin race of Sirian,” placing the cetacean intelligence inside the Sirius family. The 500-million census of “Lyran and Sirian” beings on Earth (April 2020) makes them among the most numerous of the present lineages.

With the Pleiadian council, the Sirian councils are the Andromedans’ chosen intermediaries — the working diplomats of the high hierarchy, close enough to Earth to touch its history, and, in the archive’s telling, its bloodlines.
