The Draconian umbrella — Draconian Prime's 144,000 star systems, and Beyda Seyha, the immortal emperor who calls Earth 'Sumer.'

Orion is the seat of the Reptilian Empire in the archive’s star-map — “the umbrella,” as the March 14, 2020 session puts it: “Earth is the territory of the Reptilians; Orion is the territory of the Draconians” — the territorial directors above them. Its heartland, Draconian Prime, is described in imperial detail: a cluster-realm of hundreds of planets — automated shipyards, replicator industry, photonic and interdimensional drives — ruling 144,000 star systems, its consciousness-rituals conducted at twelve great crystal pyramids where priests and priestesses “sing like whale songs” to the planet itself.

Over it all stands Beyda Seyha, the immortal Reptilian Emperor — part machine, part flesh, linked to every Reptilian mind by a universal code, styled “the first ruler of Reptilian Prime” and even “the Eye of the Pyramid.” His channeled outburst is the archive at its most forceful: “I am your God! … I control your planet, and your Sun! I own you!” — and he calls Earth by an older name: “Sumer… the planet of water.” Yet the same sessions undercut the tyranny with a surprise: the Draconians keep a strict anti-harm protocol (blood rituals are “established error”), and their Science Clan — gardeners, vegetarians, the lineage of Alvin Seyha — is as real as their military caste.

Orion, in the archive, is thus both the empire the accounts of control warns of and something stranger: a civilization with laws, castes, and rituals — Earth’s ancient landlord, seen up close.
