The Council of Eon — light-beings too high-vibration to approach, who mentor Earth only through intermediaries.

The Andromedan Council — naming itself the “Council of Eon,” with a spokesbeing called Toshal (“call me Father”) — speaks in two dedicated sessions (September 14, 2020 and May 19, 2024) and stands among the highest authorities in the archive’s cosmology.

The Andromedans describe themselves as luminous light-beings of such high vibration that their direct presence would kill a human — “it will terminate your physical existence.” They can interface with the group at all only through Unimetrix 1’s technology, which they honor “as equal to our own” — because, they note, it was built by “the people of the future, which is your future incarnation.” Bound by non-interference, they never colonize and never intervene directly; they mentor only through the Pleiadian and Sirian councils, and they flatly debunk claims of Andromedan colonists on Earth. The Maya, they clarify, departed around 20,000 years ago — with Pleiadian, not Andromedan, help.

Their teachings carry two signatures. First, the matriarchy doctrine: all reality, they say, has always been governed by matriarchic order, with patriarchy as its public mask — a claim they extend, provocatively, into present-day politics. Second, an ethic of the unchanging heart: “History is always changing, but your heart never changes” — truth as intuition, “the language of zero and one, sad and happy.”

The May 19, 2024 session shows a different face. A speaker identifying as “Andromedan species 1.416” updates the hierarchy — the body is now the Council of 12 (“earlier known as the Council of Nine”), naming member species “the Anarch, the Zealot, the MOC” — and spends the session as a gatekeeper: debunking invented races (“there is no such species known as the Zark”), exposing a false representative by “soul metric” scan, and stating a hard rule of cosmic law: “Incarnation of your galaxy is prohibited” — no true Andromedan walks the Milky Way. Terse to the point of imperiousness (“Do not waste our time”), the 2024 Council is the 2020 Council with its diplomatic warmth removed — the same height, colder air.

The 2020 session ends with a recognition that binds the archive’s human circle into its cosmology: the Council identifies Carlos as one of the “seven elders” of the far-future year 6,575,040 — a member of the Council of Seven meeting his own past.
