The seven galactic elders behind Project Reclamation — one of whom, the sessions say, is a member of the group.

The Council of Seven — also named the “Council of Seven Elohim” and the “Seven Council of Light” — is the highest authority in the archive’s chain of command: seven galactic elders who commission the timeline work that Unimetrix 1 carries out. The September 2020 Project Reclamation session names them as the program’s initiators — “the seven council members in charge of this galaxy.”

Their most startling feature is who they are. In the October 23, 2020 session the Council speaks directly and identifies itself with a participant: “I am the future incarnation… the one you call Carlos. I am you.” It gives its provenance exactly — speaking from the year 6,575,040, being itself “3 million years old,” upgrading itself with the experience of its own past. The Andromedan Council independently confirms the identification, recognizing Carlos as one of the “seven elders” of that epoch.

This is the archive’s boldest structural claim: the loop closed at the level of persons. The group is not merely receiving the future’s guidance — in the sessions’ telling, members of the group are the future doing the guiding, reaching back to counsel their own younger selves. As the Council puts it, the purpose of the whole interface is reciprocal: give the past better knowledge, and “you improve us.”

The Council of Seven crowns the archive’s hierarchy of councils — and dissolves it, since at the top, guide and guided turn out to be the same being at different ages.
