It was the different sections of the Illuminati factions that came together, in order to orchestrate an AI Technology reality. In order to dominate, regulate and guide and control all that exists on your Planet, up to even the molecular structure of your reality. This design was initiated in the year 1800, from an interaction with a higher, intelligent culture. During the different telepathic transmissions, and psionic rituals that were done by the different secret societies of the time, initiating contacts with off-worlds, offdimensions that gave them the structures and blueprints of how to build such a global civilization. China is the chosen prodigy government that was designed and orchestrated by these different organizations known to your time as the "Nazi faction." All the banking (families) of your reality have sponsored the Nazi reality faction: total control of your Planet and of your genetic order (DNA) to create and understand the genome, to harness the genome aspect of your reality to create a higher intelligent, higher emotional, psychic being. Their goal and evolutionary purpose is to find immortality. What you, in this organization, call the 'Light Body,' the 'Rainbow Body.' As for the positive outcomes: in some particular lifetimes it is not possible for you, and in some particular lifetimes it is possible for you. It depends on which lifetime and also where you were born and existed in that particular sphere. Totalitarian control is efficient for some lifetimes, and is not efficient for some (other) lifetimes. Do you understand? Not all lifetimes can be benefitted from totalitarian control. Some lifetimes, it is. E: So, this control cannot be defended against, it is inevitable?

It is the endgame. It brings order and structure on different levels. That is the reason that, logically and (in all spheres) that your spirit transfers from different structure to different structure, to experience its own creative understanding of itself, in different lifetimes. A perfect World: when you have the citizens that are happy with their present life, with their present body, their present emotions, their present mind… Only then, do you have perfection. Because you are satisfied, in that life experience. If you are not satisfied, you are not complete. Satisfaction comes from a state when you are happy, when you (have) earned your happiness, earned your peace of mind, through trial and error, through the dark and the light of your experience, and you realize all of this is your teacher that is guiding you towards your completion, which is your satisfaction.
