Carlos — addressed in the sessions as General Carlos, and by Unimetrix 1 as “Unit Carlos” — is the record’s great constant: present in twenty-eight sessions spanning every year of the corpus from 2020 to 2025, more than any human voice except Kosol and James Rink. Where Rink hosts interviews and Kosol channels, Carlos moderates: greeting the arriving intelligence (“We are well, thank you. My name is Carlos. How are you today?”), queuing the community’s questions, and closing the interfaces with thanks.

His military honorific is not decorative — the channeled voices use it. The Council of Seven addresses him directly (“General Carlos. We are Council of Seven”), and his standing within the record is that of an officer of the community, relaying inquiries from the group “which are under Unimetrix One.” By the December 2025 TetraKlein session he is still at his post, asking after the Mound of Pulemelei — five years of continuous service to the interface.

If the archive has an unsung keeper of order, it is Carlos: the voice that makes sure the questions get asked.
