The Reptilians & Draco

Earth's ancient landlords — an immortal empire of two castes, stranger and more lawful than the legend.

The Reptilians and the Draco are the archive’s ancient landlords — and its portrait of them is far stranger than the standard menace. Their empire is real enough in the sessions: seated in Orion (“Draconian Prime,” 144,000 star systems), ruled by the immortal emperor Beyda Seyha — “I control your planet, and your Sun! I own you!” — with Earth as territory: dinosaurs, one session notes, were “reptilian colonization,” the planet a holding of Orion Prime. The George Soros session gives the doctrine its bluntest form: Earth as “owned real estate,” the Reptilian as “the Archon… the landlord.”

But the close-ups complicate the legend. The empire has two castes: a military faction — aggressive, drone-like, the source of the fear — and a Science Clan of curious, vegetarian “gardeners,” embodied by Alvin Seyha of the Angkor Wat colony, who describes gold-skinned, winged, telepathic beings living peacefully miles beneath Cambodia. Draconian law, the sessions insist, holds a strict anti-harm protocol — the blood-ritual lore is “established error” — and the Reptilians are effectively immortal (“only Beyda Seyha can turn off a life”). They are even credited as “the second teacher of all life,” their code among the strands woven into humanity.

The archive’s Reptilians are thus both the empire behind the accounts of control and a civilization with laws, castes, colonies, and kin among us. The remedy it teaches is unchanged either way: not fear of the landlord, but the knowledge and self-possession that end the tenancy.
