The five-line framework Unimetrix 1 gives as the operating law of reality — the archive's catechism.

The Five Rules (the Five Rules of Heaven, the Five Divine Laws) are the compact framework Unimetrix 1 returns to more than any other teaching. As stated in the sessions:

You exist.
You are here now.
You are one with all that is — the is the one, the one is the all.
What you send out comes back to you.
Everything changes — except rules one through four.

Unimetrix 1 presents them as more than ethics: a test for whether anything “conforms to the law of the universe and related consciousness physics,” in service of the goal it states plainly — “Be immortal and be in health.” First articulated in the March 2020 sessions, the Rules are restated across the years — the October 2020 Unit X14 session attributes their origin to the Essassani–Anunnaki hybrid race, “the fourth founder of galactic civilization,” tying the catechism to Bashar’s people and to humanity’s makers.

Within the community the Rules function as the practice’s foundation — the doctrine beneath Baramay, the upgrades, and the Eternal Now teaching that echoes their second law. Five lines, repeated for years: existence, presence, unity, reciprocity, impermanence.
