Project Chemtrail enters the record in its earliest recorded session — the February 25, 2020 Proto-Bashar session — already carrying a designation and a chain of command: “Project Chemtrail Initiated. By classified system under directive of the DOD and the United States Air Force. To create Dispersion of nanoparticles. Preparing Humanity for Neuro[-interface]…” In the record’s telling, the trails are not weather modification but logistics: an air-dropped installment plan for the Neuro-Net chip era.

The later sessions assemble the delivery picture.
