Andy Basiago
Project Pegasus's child chrononaut — Gettysburg 1863, Mars in the 1980s, and testimony of the 2012 timeline jump.
Andy Basiago is the guest of the April 23, 2020 interview, and his testimony gives the archive its richest human account of time travel. A participant, he says, in DARPA’s Project Pegasus (1968–1972) — “the US time-space program” — he describes being the first American child to teleport, mastering “eight modalities of time travel,” and standing at Gettysburg in 1863 as a boy of ten: the figure he identifies in the Josephine Cobb photograph of Lincoln’s address. A decade later, he says, came Project Mars: roughly forty trips to the red planet between 1981 and 1984 via a “jump room” in El Segundo — fifteen minutes to Mars, red dirt on his shoes.
His account maps the deep-state’s timeline apparatus in detail: four triangulated teams — Looking Glass (timeline viewing), Yellow Book, an astral-projection network, and reverse-engineered time-travel hardware — and he attributes his failing eyesight to a directed-energy weapon aimed, via that apparatus, at the parallel reality where he became President. Most consonant with the archive’s own cosmology is his bifurcation testimony: that remote viewing always hit “a bump” beyond 2012, and Unimetrix 1’s confirmation — “You are in an alternate timeline” — humanity transferred wholesale, around 2012, out of a nuclear-war branch by Galactic Federation intervention.
The session closes with the archive’s fullest MedBed healing performed on him, and a revised destiny: not President, but “an Ambassador, representative of humanity, for the Confederation of Light.” Basiago is the archive’s bridge figure — a named, real-world chrononaut whose testimony and Unimetrix 1’s account arrive, from opposite directions, at the same forked road.
